Math Kangaroo 2026

We are happy to announce that Edgemont PTA will host the popular Math Kangaroo Competition again in 2026 with the convenience of Edgemont as a test center. If you are new to Math Kangaroo, please read Math Kangaroo History and check out the sample questions for different grades. Students from grades 1-6 are invited to participate in this event. 

The fee for Math Kangaroo is $18 to be paid on the Competition website. All participants will get a pencil and a souvenir. All winners will receive medals, ribbons or certificates which will be distributed in the school like last year along with a possible NY state level recognition ceremony held upstate. 

The competition will take place on Thursday Mar 19, 2026.

The registration deadline is Dec 31st. 

If you decide to participate in the competition held by Edgemont PTA, please fill in this form and soon you will be emailed the detailed information of how to register on the MK website. Please note that our center is open only to Edgemont residents, and the code needed to register is provided after you fill out this form.

Edgemont Tennis Night

Join us for an adult tennis night out on November 15th at Yonkers Tennis Center! 6th Grade Trivia Night!

Class Funds

The PTA collects class funds that are used to offset the cost of in-class events, projects, and parties. Additionally, a portion of the funds are used for end-of-year staff gifts.
